Key responsibilities include providing consulting services for the analysis of tax credits, reviewing tax calculations and ancillary obligations, mapping and quantifying tax incentives, advising foreign clients on national tax matters, and offering guidance on tax planning strategies.

Worked as Finance Manager, reviewing compliance of tax rules, analyzing process of requisitions and purchase orders, reviewing internal procedures and ancillary obligations, reviewing and preparing internal charges between the companies of ESA Group, doing reconciliation and acquittal of clients, including account allocation and budget review.

Worked as a Senior Consultant in Indirect Tax M&A area. Involved in domestic and international M&A transactions of all sizes, serving international and domestic clients, both strategic and financial buyers and sellers, in different industries such as energy, utilities, mining, high technology, retail.
