As Site Supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at my site. I always maintain a high level of client service and respond quickly and effectively to my client’s needs. I evaluate opportunities to improve the operations of our support service and continuously analyze our current systems to better implement sound practices according to our Standards of Operational Excellence. I delegate responsibilities to all team members employed at my site and I evaluate their performance and productivity; coaching and motivating them to perform to their fullest potential. In addition, I create productivity and production volume reports on a monthly basis for the purpose of site performance and efficiency analysis.
