• Represented employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and related matters for a leading national employment law firm, including winning a trial against the federal government for age discrimination and obtaining a successful Final Agency Decision for an employee who was sexually harassed at work. • Negotiated severance contracts and settlement agreements and resolved workplace disputes through mediation. • Created and co-presented CLE training on LGBTQ+ rights in the workplace for a national audience; co-authored and published an article on landmark case law and the future of LGBTQ+ rights.
