In 2011, 297people were trained; over 1000 customers were trained in 2012.• Established and directed my department in the creation of the virtual classroomenvironment that mimicked the traditional instructor-led.• Created a Self-Paced training program for the different features of the LightspeedSystems product.• Started a’la carte videos option for the self-help customer who wants to know how todo a task but doesn't have the time or desire to sit through a full training session.• Produced Take Off with Lightspeed Systems webinars, which take a short-topic formof the Tips & Tricks Newsletter and expand it into a live, how-to session.
