• Assists Project Manager with the development of construction project schedules for athree week look ahead with the Project Superintendent.• Assist Project Manager(s) with Change Order Processes, as needed.• Support Project Manager in preparation of reports.• Preparation of SEI submittals for applicable scopes of work.• Ensures that submittals are logged, submitted, received, corrected, tracked and approved,and returned in a timely manner.• Updates and organizes submittal files, as needed, to ensure completeness.• Studies and understands the contract specifications, drawings, and associated scope ofwork requirements for each project before the project begins and during constructionoperations.• Assists Superintendent in the collection of Daily Reports from Subcontractors.• Processes as-built updates, as needed.• Assists with Update Request For Information (RFI) and Subcontractor Log on a weeklybasis, as assigned.• Assists with coordination of material deliveries and subcontractor work.• Maintain on-site safety files to include; Equipment checklist, Activity Hazard Analysis, etc...• Assists Project Manager in obtaining required permits for the work from governmentalagencies and in coordinating required inspections by appropriate inspectors.• Prepares for and attends weekly Project Meetings and is responsible for maintainingmeeting minutes, distribution and logging.• Responsible for File Management and Maintenance (ensure all documents are stored inSpectrum and the project share file.• Perform other related duties, as required and assigned.
