Responsible for monitoring present value calculations for second elections and assists in determining validity of elections that did not pass certain edits and were rejected and assists in reversal of invalid elections. Coordinates the review(s) of transfer reports and true ups to determine accuracy. Responsible for determining final buy-back costs for second elections, monitoring payment of invoices to ensure payment is completed and reverses election if needed. Serves as liaison between the Sections within the Bureau and outside the Bureau, with contracted Systems Consultants on cross-functional issues, particularly those concerning IRIS and PEORP. Prepares the System Investigative Report (SIR) forms for the Bureau to alert Systems Consultants that problems exist, or to request system enhancements. Responsible for testing enhancements or corrections to IRIS to determine accuracy. Maintains and monitors open SIR forms and those ready for retest and maintains list of completed and closed SIR forms. Assist the Bureau Chief regarding production of the Member Annual Statement file, and coordinating any data clean-up activities, and testing of sample statements for accuracy. Show less
