- New Bids or Pre-Qualification Register and maintaining all administrative issues and updates pertaining to commercial information and tender preparation / submission- Reviewing ITT documents of every tender / pre-qualification and identify key issues. Drafting Bid Summary / Responsibility Matrix and disseminating to all relevant internal departments- Coordinate with functional departments in obtaining information for tender submission and obtaining quotation from subcontract services.- Prepare and compile documents for tender submission in an orderly manner, complying to clients' ITT requirements and internal tendering processes- Prepare Contract Handovers to Engineering Team on Contract Award- Develop and maintain a shared Commercial Database / Library internally for the Commercial Team- Prepare tendering reports for routine meetings- Department representative for Quality Internal / External Audit Matters- Department representative for Business Continual Management

• Responsible to the Commercial Director for the independent or joint preparation of bids resulting from incoming Invitations to Tender (ITT) or Request for Quotation (RFQ).• Manage individual bid processes from initial enquiry until award of Contract.• Determine Company’s technical, financial, and strategic capability against ITT requirements.• Assess, identify and manage the risk profile of the project within the bid.• Determine project cost, draft financial spread sheets and discuss technical and commercial offer with Commercial Director.• Follow up on status of outstanding bids.• Prepare and present Contract handover to Projects Department on Contract Award.• Prepare pre-qualification documents of the Company and submit to Clients in areas proposed for geographical expansion, or expansion of services.• Maintain Commercial QA documents including procedures, work instructions and forms. • Handle QA audit for the Commercial Department.

• Supporting the Commercial Director and Proposals Manager with active bids in a joint or independent capacity.• Receipt, identification and acknowledgement of ITT documents• Assist the Proposals Manager in Tendering and Bid compilation.• Maintain accurate database of all enquiries, proposals and tender status until contract award.• Manage the administration of all Commercial Documents within the department. • Assist Commercial Department in preparation of document for marketing• Prepare pre-qualification documents of the Company and submit to Clients in areas proposed for geographical expansion, or expansion of services.• Follow up status of all Company’s Pre-Qualification Documentation
