The agglomeration of deeply-sequenced participants with cross-referenced longitudinal EHR data, (lab values, ICD codes, clinicians' notes, socioeconomic details, etc.) provides a rich multi-faceted dataset for the discovery of disease in a heavily disparate part of the country. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for the next year or two, in the race against All of Us and Helix. We are doing some great things!
