Primary contact for key accounts, critical and expedited orders to liaison with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and build/maintenance of trusting client relationships.Improved efficiency to focus attention on these accounts to achieve company's goal of being #1 choice for their application need. Created training manual for consistency in client contact.Identified need for improved client relationship focus and established method to prioritze accounts/orders for timely resolution, including but not limited to daily/weekly status meetings with internal teams.Coordinated internal teams' review for client issues relating to engineering, sales, production, accounting, quality and shipment.
