With over 20 years of experience in the health field, I am a passionate and dedicated educator and team leader. As the Discipline Coordinator at Endeavour College of Natural Health, I teach and oversee the quality and delivery of the nutritional medicine courses across six campuses, ensuring that they meet the national standards and the industry needs. I also mentor and support the academic staff, develop and review the curriculum, and liaise with the stakeholders and regulators. In my early career roles in training, customer support and project management at iSOFT, I was able to develop and demonstrate my interpersonal, time management and trouble shooting skills. I have strong skills in the MS Office suite, Zoom, Teams and learning management systems. My dedication to teaching, assessment, leadership, and course development reflects my commitment to advancing the knowledge and practice of teaching and learning in the higher education space. I am motivated by the mission of Endeavour College to provide high-quality education and training for the future leaders and practitioners of natural health, and to promote the holistic and evidence-based approach to health and wellness.
