As the Customer Manager I ensure our existing customers are satisfied with our product, receive excellent service from all parts of the company and are kept informed about new features and developments. Our customers are key to our success and therefore very important to us - from the small one man band to large corporate enterprises. A key part of achieving customer satisfaction is ensuring that things run smoothly behind the scenes. Developing business process and looking at ways to improve the delivery of our products and services to the customers is part of my role at Dyalog along with planning our user events, where our users can meet our developers, find out about planned development, attend training courses and share experiences with other users.
