I'm an experienced learning and development professional, educator, facilitator and coach who enables individuals, leaders and teams to be at their best more of the time. Providing an education in 'state of mind' (the temporary psychological state that we bring to each moment created by how we think and feel) my approach explains something crucial about how the human mind works in relation to how we function. Learning these facts is the foundation for mental wellbeing as well as the basis for high performance, confidence, strong leadership and healthy collaborative cultures. Understanding your state of mind enables an entirely new perspective with which to handle your biggest challenges. Many consulting approaches take your individual or organisational 'thinking' as a given. Focusing on problems in this way are limiting. Understanding how your state of mind operates offers a new look into how the mind functions revealing its impact on your life, your business issues and what you can immediately do about it . Solving problems at this level - the level of root cause - is extremely efficient and impactful.
