• Redesigned inventory process in two years as a key member of a 3 person team thereby allowing the company to resolve audit deficiencies. This included:  Automated inventory for 123 service center locations with a.

• Designed and managed execution of contract database used during implementation and ongoing management of contracts.
• Managed competitive bid process for Information Technology, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Compensation and Facilities achieving $7M savings. Process included:  Developed bid strategy and collected bid.
• Chaired sourcing teams to develop specifications and evaluate supplier’s proposals.

• Managed supplier relationships by performing periodic contract reviews with suppliers and key personnel regarding contract performance and any necessary problem resolution; proactively identified and resolved supplier.
