Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Graphics, Quality, Packaging R&D, Regulatory, and Operations.

Led both the Planning and Procurement teams for the Ingredients Division with $24M in direct spend, as well as, additional responsibilities as a Kerry Group USA Commodity Manager controlling $65M spend in Cocoa, Sugar, and Starch. USDA regulated environment. Reported to VP of Global Purchasing for Kerry Group USA. -- Merged the Materials and Purchasing departments, establishing an integrated Supply Chain team that drove improved material flow and reduced production interruptions by improving supplier OTD to 94%. Additionally, generated an average $1.2M annual materials savings for the business unit.-- Co-developed a supplier performance process used to qualify suppliers, track supplier performance, and recover vendor-related losses averaging $96K per year.-- Controlled $27M of Sugar spend for Kerry Group USA. Delivered savings of $3.6M in two years through supply base rationalization, leveraging of spend, contract negotiations (with Brazil and Mexico), and management of USGA sugar credits.
