The Percolator team builds software for nonprofit organizations and social benefit companies, implementing the technology they need to flourish. We help organizations scale programs, win campaigns, and turn supporter interest into impact.

Led the development of Groundwire's strategy program, including our engagement strategy process. Provided strategic consulting to environmental organizations throughout North America and advised the Groundwire developer team on app development.

Managed the fundraising office for Corporate Accountability International and served on the organization's executive team. Directed major gifts fundraising, monthly giving program, foundation relations, phone canvas and direct mail. Also organized at corporate shareholder meetings and lobbied at the World Health Assembly on international food, water and tobacco policy.

Oversaw all citizen engagement and research programs, including joint projects with the League of Conservation Voters Education Fund. Managed staff, foundation relations and general operations.

Managed department directors, finances, supported board of directors and ensured compliance with all public disclosure requirements. Was also responsible for strategic planning, IT and other systems, and organizational policies and procedures.

Managed three performance spaces, production calendar, fundraising and staffing. Participated in specific productions doing stage management, set construction, casting, light and sound, etc. Produced an annual dance festival - New City/New Dance, as well as serving as supporting producer for the Billy Solo Festival, the New Playwrights Festival and Theater Zero productions.
