Integration Program Manager
Current• Serve as the go-to resource for project management of integration work streams• Work with key stakeholders to ensure the transition of all services functions, processes and elements into goals.• Develop and execute against project plans and ensure the project plan reflects the reality of work in progress• Prepare change control submissions if plan changes are required• Report potential scope slippages, analyze impact and devise solutions• Ensure that the Project Management practices conform with the overall project governance structure• Track project deliverables• Proactively identify, manage and report risks, issues and actions, driving to timely completion• Stakeholder Communications and Project Communications Management• Functional Expertise in one or more areas (GTM, Sales, Sales Operations, Services, Onboarding, Engineering, Product Management, etc.) is a must• Acquisition Integration experience is a major plus. • Client experience a major plus
