After many years in marketing and change management for large global companies, Karen founded her own consulting company (Karen Mitchell Ltd) in 2008 working with local and multi-national companies to help transform their businesses. Based upon cross industry and multi-functional experience at both a strategic and operational level, she offered pragmatic transformation direction, leading business wide transformations as well as company purpose, values, culture change and executive coaching. Karen is now focused on her non executive career as a NED as well as working with various individuals from manager to executive level as a business advisor, coach and mentor.
