For the last 15 years I have been in a training, or similar role. I hold a position as a Field training manager with the Neighborly family. I am excited to help coach, teach, motivate, and encourage new business owners and my internal team. My awesome team and I are here to help make their ownership dreams come true! I started with my role in the restaurant industry, and climbed the ladder in to a training role. I was promoted to a training team opening restaurants all over the country. After leaving the restaurant industry I landed a position in the home services industry. Quickly promoted after 5 short months in to the training role helping lead acquisitions, manage a call center/dispatch team/office managers and implementation and training of Service titan.
