My name is Kari Coleman. While currently working as a Facility Operations Manager for Frito Lay, I am able to utilize skills I learned while studying at Hampton University. Such as, researching the company’s organizational behavior and their operational challenges and proposing achievable solutions. Working collaboratively with the leadership team I've been able to drive performance through research, networking with sales partners, and having the courage to care about our frontline team members. Ultimately, improving the culture of the building daily! I've also strengthened my written communication and marketing skills through internships where I worked closely with supervisors to redesign company websites, manage social media accounts, acquire photos of events and merchandise and produce weekly newsletters to keep clients informed. Ultimately, my goal is to make a positive impact on companies practices and processes.
