I am constantly stretching myself to grow as a professional in my role as a classroom teacher. To accomplish this goal, I begin by using feedback from observations and self-assessments to implement and reflect on personal improvement strategies. Through the TEAM evaluation process, I provide evidence of student performance while focusing on improving my practice with an openness to feedback from administrators. I examine student achievement data to address the strengths and weaknesses of students as a way to guide instructional decisions to increase student achievement. Through data collection and analysis with my colleagues, I create detailed plans for the instruction of all students. My ultimate goal is to make a difference in the lives of all my students, every day!
