• Independently complete all orders for hundreds of items from unique suppliers on a weekly basis.
• Create weekly schedules accommodating 7-10 employees school & personal schedules.
• Initiated a monthly lecture for employees to teach basics of wine, spirits, and beer to grow knowledge, with the goal to encourage hospitality offered to customers.
• Developed POS system and protocols for a “pop-up” liquor store for 3 off site events that required sales of hundreds of products from 60+ vendors.
