- Led a team of 20+ business analysts and developers in Hong Kong and China and successfully rebuilt the entire platform for Sailing Schedule Management System. The Sailing Schedule Management System, a common data platform, serves and provides shipping and scheduling data to both internal downstream applications and web applications for external customers.- Analysed, designed, and implemented the IT plan and delivered below projects and products for internal teams and external customers: i) Worked closely with six shipping liners including APL, Hapag-Lloyd, Hyundai Merchant Marine, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Nippon Yusen Kaisha and Orient Overseas Container Line from different countries, managed and successfully developed Vessel Schedule Maintenance (VSM) & Alliance Slot Management (ASM) project for G6 Alliance on time and within budget ii) Adopted Agile software development approach for in-house system/application development projects. Collaborated and worked closely with Network Control Centre (NCC) and other teams to develop in-house applications / tools including Vessel Schedule Monitor, Vessel Schedule Analytics, Network Disruption Recovery (NDR) and Network and Route Optimization Engine that leveraging big data to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Led an offshore project development team of 20+ in China to complete the implementation of Debt Collection System for Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited - one of the largest residential and enterprise internet, communication and telecommunications service providers in Hong Kong.

Led a local and remote team of 50+ business analysts and project developers to implement the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Integrated Data (VALID) System for Hong Kong Transport Department, a computer-based system for providing services relating to the registration of vehicles, transfer of vehicle ownership, issue and renewal of driving and vehicle licences, and supports the operational requirements of eight government departments under different application subsystems.- Managed and worked with diverse client teams to identify opportunities for process re-engineering and ensuring quality outputs of all implemented systems.
