As a Scrum Master for the Networking Team in IT I am responsible for faciliting Scrum ceremonies such as the Daily Stand Up (DSU), Retrospectives, Refinement & Sprint Planning conversations. I also assist with removing impediments so the teams can be more efficent and productive.

I am responsible for coordinating meeting agendas and other logistical aspects of IT governance meetings, following guidelines and service level agreements for the timing of documents, etc. I also communicate, identify, and report on run/grow/transform current state for 3-5 pilot teams, creating MVP reports to be shared with IT senior leadership for them to make strategic recommendations.

As a Communication Specialist, I foster collaborative relationships between internal departments within IT and external clients associated with the University. I'm responsible for organizing, developing, implementing, and prioritizing strategic communication techniques to assist with the University's IT public relations efforts. I also coordinate and facilitate planning related to a large scale email consolidation project that impacts over 10,000 Health faculty, staff and students affiliated with the University.

I am responsible for prepping documents that need to be presented and reviewed in high-level governance decision making meetings with university officials. I’m also responsible for assisting with IT portfolio management for projects and initiatives associated with the university's Information Technology department. These skills and experiences tie in with my Mass Communication background through researching and strategic communication planning. This position also allows me to actively practice my knowledge of project management while gaining fresh insight on the latest PMP software and industry standards.

As a co-chair of the 2016 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. TOBA Leadership Breakfast, I was responsible for covering questions at radio interviews, promoting the event to the public, and being a point of contact between the ticket vendors and corporate companies attending the breakfast. I also hosted and served as the mistress of ceremonies for the Leadership Breakfast event, which caters to local dignitaries and the general public that gather to honor Dr. King's legacy. I currently serve as the Program Director for the TOBA Leadership Institute (TLI) and a Media Specialist/Strategist for the MLK TOBA Leadership Breakfast. As a Program Director I prep materials for all TLI-related events, facilitate discussions between community partners and TOBA, manage TOBA's social media presence, and develop presentations for internal and external audiences. As a Media Specialist, I'm responsible for handling public relations/media coordination as well as coaching the incoming co-chiars.

I instruct the lab sections for the "Writing for the Mass Media" course. I am responsible for assigning weekly assignments, grading papers as well as teaching and discussing material presented in class.

I provide courteous and thorough customer service to clients in the metals manufacturing industry by handling customer transactions through entering sales orders, providing quotes and issuing reports. I also support the Account Specialist by researching information and helping customers with questions or concerns.

I am an English Language Assistant in a primary school and a secondary school. I work with students 12 hours a week assisting with lesson plans in the classroom. I help the students with understanding their course work in English and help them prefect their diction in English.

I sort, organize and file through classified documents such as dissolution of marriages, name changes and adoptions needed for court cases. I process incoming pleadings from lawyers through the online database or "e-portal" as well as via postal mail and I research information for paperwork missing a case number, party name or other vital information needed for proper data entry. I also prep the court files for judges before a hearing.

I coordinated meetings with local and state officials and monthly student workshops, I was responsible for filing, documenting and maintenance of confidential student information, I produced an online commercial, organized community service events and edited seasonal newsletters for publicity and exposure for the program

I coordinated and directed a 30 second commercial for the website and show, I researched and pitched story ideas for Christopher “Play” Martin’s weekly online show and website and I was assigned to stories as a field reporter/videographer and had several stories featured on the online website

I was the daily weather anchor and weekly one-man-band reporter for the university newscast broadcasting to over 80,000 households, I wrote news package script, edited video and uploaded online stories for the newscast website and I pitched story ideas, I fact proofed my scripts and I covered news for the afternoon show

I updated the station’s social media pages at the top of the hour with headline news, answered incoming phone calls and made outgoing beat calls for the station and I wrote the teasers and anchor leads for the 11 p.m. newscast

I performed task from preparing scripts, serving as production crew, running errands, tape dubbing, and conducting research. I also greeted guest for the syndicated talk show called ‘Daytime’ and I assisted with office maintenance and administrative duties
