• Build and manage a team of Senior Cloud Solutions Architects, Cloud Solutions Engineers and Cloud Security Engineers who serve customers in MENA and soon in EMEA.• Possess a diverse background with Azure cloud solutions such as Architectural Design, Security Solutions, Complete Migration, Disaster Recovery, Deployment Strategies and Support development of the customers’ cloud adoption model.• Lead deep technical architectural discussions with customer executives to drive cloud deployment and provide appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers.• Lead deployment of Azure Projects, Proof of Concepts, and Trainings.• Identify areas of improvement related to system security, performance, cost, functionality, and scalability, and/or enhancements.• Analyze existing cloud deployments to identify gaps and propose recommendations to alleviate issues.• Establishing, recommending, and implementing policies to ensure quality, timely and efficient delivery of customer-oriented services and Projects.• Provide technical hands-on support and guidance to technical team members during trainings, projects, and support activities.• Provide deployment guidance, Scope of work, Timeline, Progress reports and Post-deployment documentations.CORE COMPETENCIES • Follow Azure Security best practices in project designs and deployments.• Perform Security and Optimization assessments on Azure.• Automate Deployment of Azure Landing zone using Terraform, Ansible, Azure ARM and Azure DevOps Pipelines.• Solid experience in SIEM implementation using Microsoft Sentinel including integration with Microsoft and third-party security solutions.• Solid experience in preparing SAP Landscape infrastructure on Azure based on best practices and matched with SAP certifications.• Assess and perform migration of Azure resources across subscriptions, Tenants, and azure regions.• Deploy Custom and built-in Monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor and Log analytics.

• Implement, manage, and monitor Microsoft Azure solutions including identity, compute, storage, network, and security.• Implement, Manage and Troubleshoot Linux systems on Azure & on premises environments.• Respond to customer support requests via both tickets and phone systems within agreed SLA.• Troubleshoot outages or degradations in customer environments.• Learn and adapt continuously with new requirements, skills, and technologies.

• Develop tools using java to facilitate and enhance 2nd Level Operations transmission tasks.• 2nd line troubleshooting for transmission related outages and degraded issues.• Perform 2G and 3G new sites integration on the transmission nodes (SPO, TN, ADM).• Provide technical service and support to existing customer networks in the Transmission scope.• Operation and support for MW & E-band wireless transmission networks.• Support and guide FM on troubleshooting for Trouble Tickets related to Transmission.• Support and troubleshoot with other vendors like Huawei, Alcatel, ZTE, SIAE, Intracom and Proxim.• Perform planned change to ensure network stability and agreed performance• Acceptance for new Equipment, SW and applications installed in the network.

•TX-E2E Auditing and health checks on all Etisalat TX nodes.• Checking the redundancy of all created services on the network rings. • Checking QOS configuration on all "WTX/FTX" nodes.• Checking DCN management on all Ericsson and third party TX nodes.

• Testing and troubleshooting on Ericsson 2G, 3G RBSs & MINILINK Traffic Nodes for alarms analysis and rectification within the specified time frame in order to enhance the network availability and keep it up to meet the customer demands and satisfaction. • Rectifying the DCN management problems for all sites which are not monitored by SOEM Management Server to facilitate the TX operations and maintenance.
