Assist the Security Manager on day to day operation.Looking after security and safety operation in the premises.Investigate all security & safety related incident and accident in the premises and render report to the security manager.Supervise all maintenance activities CCTV, guard patrol, key controlling, access control doors, safety equipment's i.e. fire control panel, fire extinguisher, detectors and manual call points.Supervise security guards deployed in the premises.Plan and organize security and safety arrangements during special events and VIP visits at the premises.Conduct training session for contract staff members and promote the security program among the staff members.Coordinate emergency fire and evacuation drills in the premises.Maintain daily security occurrence log.Supervise control room operations i.e. operations of fire control panels, panic control switch board, elevator control board and CCTV panel.Supervise scanning of travel documents and luggage during enhanced security environment. Supervise and access control in the premises.Managing the key control system in the premises i.e. periodic auditing, ordering of new keys and maintenance of keys and locking mechanism.Spearhead loss prevention program in the premises and managing the Lost&Found properties in the premises.Managing the crowd and planning the parking and traffic flow during major external events.Coordinate and over see repair and maintenance project with vendor and contractors.Attend guest complaints and offer solutions, liase with local authorities (Police, Civil defense and various government agencies.Directing, leading and motivating work force, imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/efficiency.Train the new staff members on security awareness, fire safety, office close down and building evacuation procedure.

Patrolling, Assisting guests.Access control, Control room operator & fire alarm monitoring.Lost & found handling, Key access control.Ensure all Fire Exit doors are kept free of blockage at all times and ensure that fire and safety equipment's are in their right places.
