-Prepare the project baseline by using primavera P6 & Excel.-Prepare Monthly and weekly progress reports and KPIs for all items.-Update the baseline with actual progress on site.-Creatin dashboard by using Excel & PowerBI.-Follow the DWG & materials logs.-Follow monthly invoices and report it to head office.-Prepare cash flows and progress S-Curve for the major activities.-Prepare Revised & Recovery Time Schedule.

-Responsible for all interior and exterior finishing works including MEP works.-Supervising works, subcontractor and work activities.-Coordinating with consultants,main contractors and client to ensure quality of finishing works is as per client standards and project specifications.
