Lead, coach, and mentor a global team comprised of account managers, specialists, engineers, services sales and delivery that span across multiple technology domains. The primary customer executive relationship holder and chief strategist for developing a holistic account growth plan that aligns with my customers’ business outcomes. Leading high performance team, with main focus on customer business success factors, for all long term, multi-million dollar contracts, in existing and new portfolio franchises. Focused on FSIs and insurance clients.• Strategize and orchestrate execution of software agreements (mix of SaaS and on prem software consumption)• Customer Engagement & Accountability - Develop and manage relationships with the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Security Officer (CSO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), IT stakeholders, and Strategic sourcing, to be able to relate solution to business value.• Financial Performance - Exceeding bookings goal (by geography, architecture, and vertical), managing operating expenses (Opex) goal, and maintaining forecast accuracy; providing visibility and in-depth knowledge into numbers (customer insights, macro/micro-trends, consumption models).• Building a Winning Capability and Leading Change - Strategically leading and influencing my team along with integrated cross-functional teams, including the Industry Solutions Group, Services, Capital, Partners, Architecture Technology teams (Collaboration, Enterprise Networks, Data Center and Security) & others.
