Current• Develop comprehensive internal policies and procedures for change management, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and deployment processes at Turbo, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.• Provide developing team with release deliverables, resulting in products and services with more efficiency, lower risk, and reduced customer impact.• Establish standard operating procedures for the Recruiting Coordinator team, fostering consistency and cohesion across the organization.• Redesign the existing Employee Referral Program, simplifying incentive structures and standardizing compensation to significantly increase participation rates.• Create detailed documentation outlining standardized procedures for managing changes, from planning and implementation to monitoring and communication, fostering consistency and efficiency across the organization.• Collaborate cross-functionally to revamp the New Employee Orientation Program, delivering a world-class virtual onboarding experience for new recruits.
