For over 18 years, I have been working in the telecommunications industry, leading and managing the fixed broadband business for consumer segments. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston-Victoria, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions and services.As the Head of Fixed Broadband, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) and Gated Communities at Vodafone, I am responsible for the strategy, development, and performance of the xDSL, FTTH, Fixed Voice, Fixed LTE, and Gated Communities portfolios. I have a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and profitability for the fixed broadband line of business, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. I have also successfully launched and marketed several new products and services, such as Triple Play, Fixed LTE, and Gated Communities, to meet the evolving needs and preferences of the consumer market.
