Karim has more than seven years of experience in development programmes with several UN entities and, INGOs across the Arab countries.Currently as a focal point for the online volunteering section, helping UN agencies connect with online volunteers to achieve the 2030 sustainble agenda In the nonprofit organizations, I developed nine programs and projects aimed at finding jobs for unemployed youth in the environmentally friendly jobs. Until now, my projects have helped over 6,000 men and women with employment opportunities in the private sector and contributed in the development of vagile natural resources in Jordan. I represented Jordan in many regional and international forums such as the ① A member in the selection panel for the 2021 Prince Muhammad bin Fahd international Award for Voluntary Work. ②2018 UN Champion of the Earth, and ③ the first Gulf-Arab Youth Forum entitled “Role of Youth in Water Conservation”. My proposals have generated nearly $ 3 million so far for the natural resource sector.With humanitarian organizations. I led a cross border registration and relief distribution in an area where agencies are unable to operate. . This provided me with valuable field experience dealing with security, and logistics and working directly with Syrian Refugees.Before that, I won a scholarship with Save the Children Jordan provided by Oxford Brookes University, UK to study and work in the humanitarian Sector. I have learned how to design proposals and how to implement them. Part of the course was conducted By Save the Children (United Kingdom) Were I attended a practical field assessment by field staff from all over the world.
