As the Finance Department Manager, I oversaw a team of 18 staff members, ensuring their effective management and productivity. My responsibilities included overseeing the accurate, complete, and timely reporting of financial information to relevant stakeholders on a monthly basis. This involved submitting consolidated Income Statements and Balance Sheets to head-office, on a monthly basis. Additionally, I compiled a consolidated management pack complete with commentary for presentation to the UPD operating board during monthly board meetings. Prior to dissemination, I meticulously reviewed monthly branch management reports prepared by accountants, maintaining quality control for five branches. Furthermore, I actively contributed as a team member in the implementation of SAP Finance at UPD, specifically utilizing SAP ECC F/I, to enhance financial processes and efficiency.
