Branch Controls Monitoring Analyst
CurrentEnd-to-end process for resolving branch errors identified through monitoring. Develops and supports day to day operational activities for branch banking centers across the US. Report monitoring to identify and resolve branch execution errors. Contacts branches with items that require resolution and coaching. Engagement model owner. Executes monthly root cause analysis based on trends identified in the field and makes recommendations for policy/technology/training changes. Maintain a complete knowledge of systems, policies and processes. Proactively searches for operational deficiencies and root cause to resolve errors more broadly. Escalates remediation issues when appropriate; provides feedback to Market Directors, ensure field accountability. Works closely with multiple business functions, within the First Line of Defense (e.g., Branch Controls Support, Branch Review, Project Management and Policy and Procedure) and across the organization (e.g., Controls, Risk, HR) Escalate policy change to improve processes. Ability to work remotely.
