Responsible for the entire textile assortment, inc. the overall development process. Manage strategic project within our core business. Member of the extended management team, contributing to the company’s strategical goals. Secure high delivery and fulfilment of necessary textile and sustainable criterias. Subject matter expert with both external stakeholders e.g., key customers, suppliers, and government agencies, as well as with internal stakeholders.

Responsible for the textile inventories and tactical purchases with an annual budget targeting 50 million SEK. Chair of monthly meetings with Operations to persue high Service Level Agreement towards customers. Swedish Management team member with responsibility of business performance reporting and business development towards goals. Presenting the Textile Division to Board of Directors, i.e., budget and agreed KPI: s. Team Manager with responsibility of coaching, performance reviews and development, as well as personnel matters.Managing 3rd party certification for sustainable textiles.

Managed and developed textile products in procurements and offers. Responsible for QC (quality control) of textiles in operational processes. Also responsible for reference samples.Managed a scholarship for sustainable development in textiles.

Responsible for Örebro customers such as Örebro County Council, and FMV.Customer management inc. customer care, upselling, and contract fulfilment.
