I am an associate and head of intellectual property at ENSafrica | Namibia. I specialise in trademark, copyright and other intellectual property matters.I have acted for a number of local and international clients in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, retail, clothing, food and beverage.My experience includes trade mark searches, filing and prosecution of trade mark applications, trade mark litigation, trade mark maintenance, assignments, renewals, and general management of trade mark portfolios.I also have experience in general litigation matters in the High Court of Namibia.I have further completed the examinations to become an associate member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL).
