I am an executive at ENSafrica | Namibia. I specialise in trade mark, copyright and other intellectual property matters.I have acted for a number of local and international clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, retail, clothing, and food and beverage.My experience includes trade mark searches, filing and prosecution of trade mark applications, trade mark litigation, trade mark maintenance, assignments, renewals, and general management of trade mark portfolios. Currently, I am the only legal practitioner to have completed the examinations to become an associate member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) in Namibia. I further serve as an African Regional Intellectual Property Authority Agent and am a member of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA). I further have expertise in advising on matters relating to competition law, investigations and in particular, mergers as well as acquisitions.
