Led the clean-up of modified loans that WF services for FHLMC. There were both term discrepancies and cash variances.When I began, there were over 12,000 loans with issues and when I left the team, we were at 1200 loans, with ~ half of those loans requiring updates to be made by FHLMC.

Originally on Y2K team as project analyst (contractor). Became a FTE in 1999 within the Servicing PMO, leading projects related to lockbox services and closing a customer service center.Left in 2000 for a consulting gig at a different mortgage company, but returned (as a contractor) in late 2003.Upon return, worked on the Risk Based Pricing Project and then moved on to CORE - Wells' attempt to combine the origination system for 3 lending business units.While on CORE, I became an FTE again, only to have my position eliminated one year later (quite a few positions on CORE were eliminated).
