The first year I was focusing on merging two Business Areas, BA Lighting and Children's IKEA into one; one management team and one common people agenda, still with two different businesses and their needs. I acted as the change driver on people, business and organizational level and I coached and supported managers to achieve their business and people objectives. I reported to the Business Area Manager and I was part of the management team.For 8 months, December 2021-July 2021, I got the opportunity to spend 20% of my time in leading the process to transform the competence agendas into a competence development plan for CDA People & HR. I started to build up the CDA across Range and Supply securing our business needs for competence development within People & HR.
