This position is responsible for planning and directing the work of the Engineering Services team who are responsible for back office details on behalf of the customer with focus on improving the overall customer experience and and working the order to completion for the company to add positive revenue. Provides leadership, tactical and operational direction for the team. •Provide oversight and is accountable for installations by managing activities that lead to ensuring completion of circuit design, order commitment turnaround and/or circuit install and test. •Manages daily workload through effective prioritization and communication. •Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. •Ensures timely and effective communication with customers, sales, and peer organizations.•Directs the activities of project support staff, project managers, and sub-contractors and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the overall achievement of business outcomes.•Assigns and monitors work of engineering services personnel, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives. •Resolves problems and issues and escalates as needed.•Proven track record of delivering complex cross–functional solutions, managing end-to-end lifecycle projects through standard project management methodologies. •Acting liaison for the company's International division by working with various vendors for quoting of products and managing the shipping logistics to clear customs in a timely fashion to establish connectivity in desired country.•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.•Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
