As a professional Yoga Teacher since 2011, I guide and support people with the tools and resources they need to feel better in their bodies through alignment. My experience has been largely in corporate settings and community classes with a strong focus on posture and the spiritual path. I have a passion for inspiring people to live a life of exploration, compassion and awareness. I have led workshops throughout the years including practices to better mobility, enhance safe postural habits as well as meditation and mindfulness practices. I hold my Bachelor's Degree from Argentina where I majored in Play Therapy as well as having been a Folk Dance Teacher for over 25 years.
