AmCham Belgium leadership position to provide input on the policy priorities for AMCHAM's 2024 election memorandum

• Accountable for all HR fundamentals and employee related matters within the BNL• Drives the design and implementation of talent programs (e.g., succession management, talent movement, leadership development, talent architecture)• Assists in building plans to integrate the GE cultural attributes (e.g., driving the I&D workforce in the FBFA region), leadership principles, and other talent, learning, and organizational development frameworks into talent practices. • Manages Talent Management initiatives by interpreting business needs and leveraging best practices• Coaches leaders and peers in disciplines like public speaking, executive coaching, communication, sales and leadership development.

This company focusses in bailiff's tailor-made solutions in an environnement where communication and state-of-the-art software prevail. The specialized staff offers extensive expertise in judicial and non-judicial debt collecting. They also exercice the judicial mandate of debt negotiator. My main focus was Recruting including Competence Management and Strategic Consulting (HR business plan & staff growth strategy development). Accountable for all HR operations.

FIDIEM is a cloud based web-application that has been created in a unique setting: Judicial Officers, Industry Experts and private investors joined forces. FIDIEM from VIRTEO is the most complete and modern platform, and can be used on any internet-enabled device, like PC's, tablets or smartphones.

PC-WARE was the third international company asking me to support the creation and development of a new subsidiary in Belgium and Luxemburg. I fully supported the BeNeLux Managing Director in his role and remain focused on Human Resources, my specialty.
