About Karin Williams

Who does not need a Swiss army knife in their pocket? Although I can not measure myself against Angus MacGyver, my broad experience has helped me find creative solutions to unusual organizational challenges. I offer my experience to any company, small - large who might need a sounding board or an extra hand.My expertise comes from 20+ years of consulting and corporate experience in a great variety of roles with a base in Core IT Transformation. I work primarily within the SAP eco-system however organisational challenges when facing transformation are generally not platform dependant. Transformation always has components of Change Management, Career Counselling, Facilitation, Strategy, Strategic Workforce Management, and Digitalization of Services. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME:I am passionate about ensuring that stakeholders realize the value expected from their IT investments. Value may not necessarily be cost reductions, rather freeing up resources in order to invest in new technology or to pivot to new markets. I believe in the power of teams. I seek to ensure that all members unite around and believe in a common goal and move forward. I believe in supporting personal success as well as promoting a growth mindset as organisations adapt to new opportunities.ERP and transformation projects are not "just" IT projects. They touch on people, processes and infrastruture in ways that can be unexpected. I can help you in understanding what to look for in a partner, what to think about as you embark upon your journey or even help you identify what happened if your project isn't as smooth as you had hoped it would be. My broad range of experiences means that I have practical, hands-on skills to share, as well as the ability to look at things in a holistic manner.
