1. Ensuring the continuity of operational processes:- Work with document flow: signing and timely re-signing contracts and related documentation with partners, maintaining their registry and records, approving changes;- Registration of partners in internal systems in accordance with the rules, including verification of the correctness of the information;- Maintaining a register of partners - timely updates of their status and eligibility for participation in various events;- Collecting and updating data on the activities carried out by distributors.2. Working with escalations to promptly resolve partners' technical issues:- Interacting with internal teams on how to effectively resolve partner's technical issues, finding the best way to resolve complex issues;- Developing and maintaining an algorithm for working with escalations within the team;- Coordinating partner interaction with the team responsible for the client.3. Support in organization and implementation of partner events.

Working with IT department in the project team to automate currency control processes within the bank:- Writing business requirements for IT and developers;- Creating test tasks based on technical specifications for users (translation from "IT language" to Russian);- Conducting user testing for logic and error detection;- Active participation in brainstorming sessions to improve the functionality and development of the project.2. Generating daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Central Bank:- Analyzing large volumes of data, reconciling and correcting information;- Preparing and submitting all report forms within established deadlines;- Successful and efficient handling of force majeure situations.3. Methodology and training:- Advising partners and employees on currency control issues;- Creating training presentations and guides on intra-bank processes;- Training new employees and supervising their tasks.

1. Generating and checking daily, monthly and quarterly bank reports for the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, working with large volumes of data; 2. Preparing and submitting information and files to the CBR in accordance with current standards and regulations; 3. Advising clients and bank employees on currency control issues; 4. Development of guides for technical components and processes of report forms preparation and sending, writing technical tasks for IT department on optimization, modification and renewal of the internal software complex; 5. Participation in Agile and Lean projects at the stages of drafting and writing business requirements for related departments and acceptance-user testing.

Generating and checking bank reports, preparing and sending information and files to the Central Bank, Federal Customs Service and Federal Tax Service in accordance with the norms and Regulations;2. Control over legality of currency transactions by individuals;3. Control over international interbank settlements operations, as well as operations on LORO accounts;4.
