I personally advise UserTesting's Premier Support customers on their user research, through 1:1 consultations. As Project Lead, I learned about startup KLIP and was immediately attracted to its mission. KLIP empowers and provides a community for solo female runners through a mobile app and connected wearable device.I onboarded KLIP as my client and led a team of 9 (2 designers, 7 engineers) to build and deliver KLIP's mobile app MVP from scratch in 6 months. My team exceeded client goals with our experience design, brand design, and development work.

Scout's newest team, the Production Team, produces client work, marketing collateral, and original content.As a founding member, I worked closely with the Production Director to define project management processes for the team. I oversaw the team's short-term goals (e.g. progress of all semester projects) and set strategies for long-term goals (e.g. its place within Scout and within the larger creative community at Northeastern University).Highlights:- Created a project tracker for cross-functional team from scratch and led weekly stand-ups- Spearheaded an omnichannel content strategy to scale the Weekly Dose of Design newsletter, which promoted viewership and engagement, and increased overall visibility of Scout- Spearheaded an Instagram campaign called #WFH Offices of Scout to share photos of members’ desks, which humanized the studio and diversified content of Scout's Instagram page

I also worked on content strategies for the DEI page (improving user engagement and exceeding user expectations) and the company's first ever Global Impact page. Scout's newest team, the Conference Team, organizes an annual design conference for the Boston community of students and professionals.I worked closely with the Conference Director to address logistical issues from the inaugural 2018 conference, plan the venue and agenda, and secure 8 speakers from Airbnb, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's campaign, and more for the 2019 conference. I collaborated with teammates to develop a unique event identity through visual branding and writing. As the founding team, we also set strategies for the annual conference's longevity.
