Seamlessly adapted to fast passed environment and brought new learnings to the team in relation to carbon footprint and sustainability in service of Diageo Society 2030 targets.Identified opportunities for carbon tracking in line with sustainability ambitions and tactically established new process for Diageo and suppliers on measuring Embodied Carbon for a complex, greenfield brewery project. Collaborated with the technicians during a one-off prototype build of unique Helmet mounted display unit, capturing build process and identifying areas of improvement. The findings were summarised into a build record used to support the on-going development for the New Product Introduction team. Carried out several local improvements including shadow draw deployments, visual management updates and Foreign Object Debris reviews. Undertook the creation of all functional metrics for the Display team, producing weekly updates shared with the team. Automated the metric creation to ensure consistent output and reduce Quality Project Manager’s effort.Completed initial review and gap analysis and has taken several actions to close these gaps including a combination of formal and on the job training.
