As a Member Service Representative, I am at the forefront of our community, facilitating the seamless flow of over 1000 students, faculty, and community members each day. I oversee all member services activity; including but not limited to checking eligibility requirements of potential members, collecting and analyzing membership reports, selling community and affiliate memberships, reconciling sales, and monitoring facility access. Further sales efforts include selling day passes, week passes, admission to fitness classes, products, lockers, and personal training appointments.

As a member of DPLS we participate in events that facilitate professional development, collaborative meetings, and different socials. We meet different peers, and listen to speakers which also aid in developing our professional and personal connections. Together these activities and interactions prepare us as undergraduate students for the logistical aspects of the law school application process and LSAT.

As an intern at the United Nations Development Coordination Office (UNDCO), I actively contribute to the Resident Coordinator System's normative agenda, with a particular focus on different Human Rights such as, Leaving No One Behind, Gender Equality, the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, along with guidance and support in addressing issues related to sexual exploitation and abuse. These roles involve collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and partner organizations to develop innovative strategies and policies that promote sustainable development and social justice in order to advance the UN's mission of creating a more equitable and inclusive world.

In this role I am overlooking three other director positions; Director of Social Events, Director of Marketing And Public Relations and Director of Philanthropy Events with St. Jude Research Hospital and Make-A-Wish Foundation. All positions have their own tasks and I am responsible for aiding the planning and confirming them. This includes signing off on the events planned, the charity work done and manage what is posted and shared on different media outlets. I also serve as a delegate for my Panhellenic organization and work with others to push the community to be better each quarter. I attend meetings and bring back the information to my members in order to keep them informed and educated on different programming events. Different programmings have included: career preparation seminars, self-defense lessons and sexual assault awareness presentations. All roles contribute to the bettering of the chapter and the empowerment of women.

In charge of planning all social events for the chapter by booking venues, collaborating with peers, working with food vendors, hiring entertainment and organizing a schedule for an entire year surrounding the lives of the 100 different members. Worked with the President and Director of Risk in order to manage each event, making sure it was a safe space and abiding by chapter laws and guidelines. This pushed to ensure the positive wellbeing of each and every member of the chapter and prevented any violations of campus safety.

Institute for Futures is an open innovation community made up of leading professionals in talent and business strategy, specialists in designing experiential and immersive dynamics through technological solutions to transform talent to lead change, purpose and the strategic execution of organizations towards a better future of work. I facilitated change in project design by improving website structure, being a tool for english translation, researched new and expressed ideas of diversity, equity and inclusion to be immersed into the business goals and outcomes.

Kintsu MedSpa is physician-owned and physician managed, services are also crafted and prescribed by practitioners with physician oversight. With their personalized facial, skincare, anti-aging, and aesthetic services, team Kintsu is committed to offering a solid brand of beauty and wellness by blending science, art, and medicine punctuated with signature service. I managed clients and booked appointments, while gaining knowledge on the products and services.

In this role I analyzed modes of media centered around Black Lives Matter and abortion rights in order to find trends and correlations. We used the data collected to answer questions about why people use specific words and imagery to represent their arguments. In addition to this position, I have been enrolled in many communication and media classes which further aided my knowledge in the field and allowed me to be more detail oriented with the research.

I took lead of the facility by booking clients, answering phones, solving problems, selling product, managing employee experience, and providing sanitary duties. I optimized our scheduling system to be highly flexible, enabling us to accommodate the maximum number of clients each day without compromising service quality. This strategic approach resulted in a 10% increase in revenue by maximizing our daily client capacity. In addition to my administrative duties, I consistently leveraged my sales skills to drive corporate growth. When answering phones, I proactively explored opportunities to strengthen customer experiences by suggesting additional services and upselling, which significantly boosted our revenue. My deep understanding of client needs and strong product knowledge made me the top seller, consistently outperforming my peers in product sales. Moreover, my strong interpersonal communication skills played a crucial role in building lasting relationships with our clients. By connecting with them on a personal level and ensuring their needs were met, I encouraged repeat visits, which directly contributed to increased revenue. Clients returned more frequently, drawn by the positive encounters and personalized attention they received, further enhancing our salon's success. By implementing targeted social media strategies and employing effective communication techniques, including conflict resolution, I helped expand our customer base by 43% within a year. My ability to upsell impactfully, build client loyalty, and optimize operations solidified our market position and contributed to sustained business growth. Throughout my time working at this location I would shift from being in person and remote which made a lot of my time focused on handling logistical aspects of the salon, along with the social media side as well.
