- Managed, curated and delivered the yearly CIS Site Coordinator virtual webinar onboarding series to over 200+ new and seasoned site coordinators - Partnered with external youth-serving organizations to deliver Social Emotional Learning and trauma-informed care virtual webinars as a response to COVID-19 pandemic for over 130+ site coordinators seeking strategies to support their student and families - Develop content for live and virtual events such as the Virtual Institute, 40th Anniversary Leadership Town Hall, and Boot Camps and coach presenters on content delivery- Managed the design of new train-the-trainer manuals, revamping online learning modules, maintaining relevant CEU documentation and existing course materials in our learning management system

-Assist Clinical Team Lead (CTL) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with accurately updating and maintaining clinical systems that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.-Assist the clinical team in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures. -Assist with periodic review of study files for accuracy and completeness.-Assist CTLs with preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and maintenance of tracking information.-Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.-Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence and associated documentation.

-Planning, preparing and delivering a suitable program of imaginative and innovative activities suitable to the needs and interests of children age 6-8 yrs old -Planning and preparation of fun and nutritious snacks for children. -Purchasing toys and equipment as necessary within agreed budget and keeping appropriate financial records. -First point of contact for handling and resolving complaints from parents. -Ensuring the safe collection and transportation of children between the classes and the club.

-Provide guidance, support, encouragement, and constructive feedback to servant leader interns. -Maintain team spirit among site staff and conducts debrief sessions at the end of each day. During the debrief sessions; provide technical assistance and feedback to the servant leader interns on all aspects of their work. -Design and coordinate parent workshops and other parental involvement initiatives, or assist the parent coordinator or other designee. -Manage the day-to-day activities at site of fifty students to ensure servant leader interns have necessary materials and supplies for the classrooms so that interns can conduct the Integrated Reading Curriculum effectively.

-Taught 2nd grade students various lessons in English language arts, math, science and social studies using the Common Core State Standards of Mississippi-Created English Language Arts lesson plans and shared best practices with fellow on 2nd grade teaching team that promote cooperative learning, differentiated instruction, student centers and guided reading strategies using thematic units from the Journeys Reading Series for grade 2-Established and maintained a safe and engaging learning environment that exemplifies acceptable classroom behavior for students-Attended various professional development workshops to enhance my teaching skills in core subjects such as English language arts and mathematics.

The purpose of my internship is to gain an understanding of and be able to demonstrate competence in management of an early childhood program. During my internship, I have been introduced to the administration and management of early childhood education programs. As an intern, I perform in the following ways:-Developing program goals-Explain licensing standards-Determining budget needs for the child development program-Analyzing effective methods of personnel supervision.

-Maintained efficient operations in an office environment such as answering telephone calls, taking messages, planning meetings, etc. -Operated office machines such as fax machines, computers, photocopiers, scanners,-Communicated with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, explain information, take orders and address complaints

-Delivered the Integrated Reading Curriculum to a class of ten or more students for 6-7 weeks during the summer months, according to the standards developed by the Children’s Defense Fund and the local program sponsor-Served as a leader of afternoon activities, special events and chaperoning field trips. -Collaborate with the program staff to establish and maintain a positive, supportive and structured environment for the children entrusted to their care.
