-Launched a new knowledge management system, through Airtable, for our thirty-person education team to gather supporting materials, evidence, and other data to support analysis of strategy and support collection and analysis of grantee and portfolio-level impact data. This is the first collective knowledge management system the team has used.-Led a cross-vertical team of 8 team members to support knowledge management system implementation and improvement-Planned and executed convenings, site visits, and other field-facing activities-Supported team in reviewing grant proposals, drafting grant proposal summaries, and other documents for grant approval meetings-Conducted interviews, desk research, and on occasion, fieldwork to help inform decision-making and support strategy development/evaluation

-Observing, evaluating, and coaching 36 teachers annually to provide actionable feedback and facilitated the yearly planning of staff orientation and weekly professional development for 50 staff members-Leading the English/Language Arts department and the Humanities to ensure alignment to International Baccalaureate (I.B.) standards, Common Core Learning Standards, and culturally responsive material. -Supervising and monitoring teams across the school to ensure they meet proper deadlines and have equity-aligned initiatives based on student data and/or current educational research, including 6 content teams, 3 grade teams, and 6 core teams.-Authoring original ELA and Math curriculum-Operating and coordinating equity-focused measurement, learning, and evaluation activities through an 8 week formative and summative data cycle based on data from standard-aligned assessments to facilitate schoolwide data analysis and corrective action planning. -Organizing and facilitating a data-based analysis protocol and template that predicts performance and proficiency on state exam-Launching and leading our after school program and Saturday Academy for 12 teachers and 150 students including original curriculum for math problem solving, electives, and test preparation program for the Specialized High School Exam.-Identifying multiple data-based insights to enhance instructional program efficiency and efficacy. -Supervising a unique reading intervention program, the “Mind Travelers” reading program

-Coauthored and implemented original 6th, 7th, and 8th grade yearlong ELA curriculum and daily lesson plans-Increased student proficiency levels for 6th grade class on New York State ELA exam in 2014 from 22% to 54%, 2015 from 4% to 44%, from 27.1% to 45.8% in 2017, and from 46.4% to 90.0% in 2018.- Developed and managed comprehensive reading and writing intervention programs in my classroom- Analyzed student data from tests and informal observations to increase student proficiency on ELA State Exams
