CurrentResponsible for the management and development of 6 Account Managers. As the Manager, Account Services, oversee the team and provides education, mentorship and guidance in the implementation of Account Services processes, procedures and best practices. • Participate and contribute to the development of event strategy, processes, and procedures within the department to ensure the successful planning and logistical implementation of global corporate events, including conferences, meetings, executive events, and incentives• Participate in staffing meetings, providing analysis and feedback on assigned team members bandwidth, assignments and schedules to help ensure proper program staffing and employee development• Manage multiple, complex projects across varying timelines in a fast-paced environment.• Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, staffing, and development of Account Management team.• Analyze performance of team members and develop steps to improve future employeeperformance and development• Ensure sales processes, account strategy, and client relationship management is developed within Account Manager group.
