Internationally renowned strength & conditioning coach/educator with over 20 years experience in elite sport. I am the founder & owner of EPI - an internationally recognized company in the field of sports performance training & coaching education. Over my 20+ year career, I have had success driving elite performance in a wide range of sports. I have worked at the highest levels of sport in rugby, GAA, soccer & Olympic sports. I have extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams of experts to provide performance & injury prevention solutions.In team sports, I have served as strength & conditioning coach in professional rugby with the IRFU and Leinster Rugby. I have also worked with various inter-county GAA teams and Airtricity football teams in Ireland. More recently, I have worked as head of strength & conditioning with World Rugby at the 2023 Rugby World Cup. I have also worked at Beijing 2008 & London 2012 Olympic Games with some of Ireland's Olympic athletes.Since 2012, I have contributed extensively to the strength & conditioning education industry with my company EPI by delivering more than 350 education courses in 10+ countries worldwide to 4, 500+ coaches. I have managed the growth of EPI in Ireland and N. Ireland to international expansion in Poland, UK, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Germany, China, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. More recently, EPI have provided educational support and services to An Garda Siochana, World Rugby and Czech FA.
