Elite Performance Institute (EPI)

An internationally renowned provider of Strength & Conditioning education courses for fitness professionals. EPI started in 2012 delivering its Strength & Conditioning education courses throughout Ireland. In 2015, we launched our courses internationally in Poland. Since then, we have delivered more than 350+ courses in more than 10 countries worldwide with over 4, 500 coaches certified through in-person education. In 2020, we launched an online option for course participants to complete EPI courses fully online. In addition, we included a Youth Strength & Conditioning Certification (YSCC) course for coaches involved in youth athletic development. In the last few years EPI has collaborated and worked with many sports organizations and professional bodies, including World Rugby, Czech FA and Garda College.
